Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
The competition is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of LSH Auto, their immediate family members, and anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter. Only one entry is permitted per household.
2. Competition Period.
The competition runs from 15th April 2024 until 31st May 2024. Entries received outside this time period will not be considered.
3. How to Enter
Entry into the competition is automatic upon completion of the submission form. Limit of one entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
4. Prize Details
The prize consists of one pair of tickets (2 tickets) to EURO24 Group games featuring England and Scotland, excluding the opening match versus Germany. The prize covers ticket costs only. Winners are responsible for all other expenses, including transportation and accommodation.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received. The draw will take place upon completion of the competition. The winner will be notified by email or phone within 7 days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
6. Data Protection and Privacy
By entering the competition, participants agree to the collection, retention, usage, and distribution of their personal information in order to process and contact them about their prize entry. Participants may also receive communications about future promotions and events from BYD. Participants can opt-out at any time.
7. Publicity
The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation.
8. General Terms
No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. We reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. We are not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by the law of the jurisdiction of the competition. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions. BYD reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of BYD’s control.
9. Liability
BYD is not responsible for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.
10. Disputes
In the event of any dispute, BYD’s decision is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
