This is an exciting role working 45 hours a week

As an After Sales Executive you will be responsible for dealing with all customer queries and complaints regarding the customers purchased or loan vehicle. We are looking for someone who can come in and manage the expectations of our customers and their vehicles in a friendly and professional manner in line with the Service Process.

You will be required to:

  • To meet and greet all customers and guests swiftly and efficiently in a friendly and courteous manner in line with company standards.
  • To quickly ascertain their needs, direct their query and manage their expectations.
  • To take responsibility for any customer or guest you interact with, even if this means you flex into another role, and help move them seamlessly to the next phase of their Experience Journey.
  • To offer and make refreshments to guests to make them feel welcome.
  • To follow up and keep in contact with every customer of the department to ensure their custom is retained, through making sure that they are completely satisfied; their expectations were met and any issues are addressed.
  • To actively and professionally promote all additional products to achieve targets.
  • To actively promote and fully explain the value of additional work to customers to ensure you maximise the profit generated from the service while maintaining the bond of trust.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in an After-Sales/Sales environment ideally within a Dealership/
  • General understanding of basic mechanical systems.
  • Ability to determine condition of safety related parts i.e. tyres, brake pads, and wiper blades – in line with the Service Process. 
  • Outstanding customer relations skills in order to adapt to customers individual requirements whilst safeguarding the Company’s Interest.
  • Excellent listening skills and strong self-organisational skills.
  • Ability to verbally communicate clearly and succinctly both face to face and via telephone.
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of commercial targets and the performance levels required in order to achieve them.
  • To possess a genuine passion for the delivery of first class customer service.
  • Friendly, Inspirational, Respectful, Supportive, and thoughtful.
  • Excellent listening and verbal communication skills
  • Organised, efficient, and sensitive to contextual necessities
  • Demonstration of aptitude for efficient and detail-oriented record keeping
  • Customer Service Experience in a retail environment
  • IT literacy, Numeracy and Literacy
  • Full valid UK driving license
