We’re looking for Sales Executive’s to deliver a superlative Customer Experience through “Putting the Customer First. Always”. Your role will be to own our Customer Experience ensuring each and every customer moves seamlessly to the next phase of their Experience Journey. Our Sales Executive understands the difference between a visiting guest and a customer (both potential and current) and how each are to be welcomed into our business.

You’ll be highly active on the front line of our business with guests and customers. Our Sales Executive is responsible for sales of new and used vehicles, finance and insurance products, add-on products and accessories whilst ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction is achieved always.
As a Sales Executive you’ll meet and greet customers and guests swiftly and efficiently in a friendly and courteous manner. You’ll quickly ascertain their needs, direct their query and manage their expectations. You’ll take responsibility for any customer or guest you interact with, even if this means you flex into another role, and help move them seamlessly to the next phase of their Experience Journey. Most importantly, you’ll make them feel welcome.
We are looking for a creative and driven individual with solid experience of delivering outstanding customer service for premium and luxury brands. Automotive experience is not essential, and we actively encourage applications from other industries such as travel and hospitality. You will be emotionally intelligent and have a natural affinity for quickly building relationships with new customers and visitors. You will be an expert in designing customer journeys and pride yourself on your ability to understand and fulfil our customers’ needs and expectations. You will have an insatiable appetite for improvement; constantly seeking out new ways to make our customer experience the best that it can possibly be. Ever the consumer champion, you will be the driving force behind our sales team ensuring 100% customer satisfaction and excellent customer service.
Our salary for this position is £18,000 pa with commissions to top up the salary to earn a lot more.
The working patterns is 5 days per week, and this includes weekends, working full time hours.
