  • Find your nearest dealer for Smart LSH Car. For both the DVLA and the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) or Veterans UK, make sure the personal details are correct.
  • Place your new order with your nearest LSH Auto UK dealer for mobility. Please let us know who, including yourself, will drive the vehicle.
  • Your request will be inspected by Motability.
  • Insurance through the DWP, DVLA and RSA

Ordering your vehicle

It is an easy, hassle-free process to renew your vehicle. Please bring the following documents with you when it comes to buying.

  • Driving licences for all the drivers concerned and, if available, the drivers
  • Entitlement certificate from either the DWP / PIP or Veterans UK
  • Proof of address, such as a recent utility bill dated over the last 3 months
  • Please notice that, either in person or by completing a Driver Consent Form, all named drivers must give consent.

You will obtain a new Personal Identification Number (PIN) as well as information about your new lease and the applicable terms and conditions once your request has been made and approved. Your PIN will make it simple to sign all the necessary paperwork, so when you come to pick up your new car, take it with you.

You'll need to make sure your vehicle has a MOT test with the clock ticking before you hand it over. We'll send a reminder to you. To book the test, please contact your local LSH Auto dealer as soon as possible. As part of your lease, the cost of the test and any repairs needed due to general wear and tear will be included, so don't worry.

Label this in your diary as the delivery date approaches and be able to pick your fashionable new runner. If there's a wait, don't worry, we'll arrange for you to sit in your existing car until your new one is available.
