As part of Mercedes-Benz commitment to ensuring our customer’s satisfaction, every single van sold by LSH comes with MobiloVan cover - our free, complimentary breakdown and mobility service. More than just roadside assistance, Mobilo is designed to keep you on the move and your business functioning as normal even in the most unfortunate circumstances.

Our first priority is ensuring that your van is ready for action so, if you break down, have a collision or can’t start your van, your MobiloVan coverage can help. The first step is to call us. Our friendly phone operatives will take all the details of your issue and dispatch a technician to your location. In most cases, one of our technicians will reach you in less than an hour and the really great news is that we aim to complete roadside repairs on around 80% of our call outs. Mobilo vans are fully stocked with Mercedes-Benz genuine parts and our fully trained technicians are all Mercedes-Benz experts.

All new Mercedes-Benz vans are automatically covered by MobiloVan from first registration. After the initial coverage period, to maintain your coverage, you simply need to have had your Mercedes-Benz van’s last service carried out by an authorised Mercedes-Benz Dealer. You don’t need to have a full dealer service history, nor need to worry if you’ve missed a service, just make sure that your last service was completed by an authorised dealer and your coverage will resume immediately.


During the first three years of coverage from registration, MobiloVan will also cover you for additional mishaps such as filling the tank with wrong fuel, running out of fuel completely, two or more flat tyres, losing your keys or locking them inside of the van, recovery from a road traffic accident, vandalism and even attempted theft.

For your complete reassurance, we are thrilled to say that wherever you are, you're covered by MobiloVan. So if you find yourself in the unfortunate position of breaking down anywhere in Europe, MobiloVan roadside assistance can help and the service is available to you at any time of the day or night. On the unusual occasion that we are unable to remedy the problem at the roadside, we will recover your vehicle to the nearest Mercedes-Benz approved workshop. From there, you will be given a number of options to get you back on the road as quickly as possible.

Rapid repair - on average, 80% of vans are repaired roadside.

Priority workshop service – if we can’t get you moving roadside, the Dealership will prioritise your repair and provide regular updates on its progress, and any parts required will be placed on express delivery.

Replacement vehicle (subject to availability) or onward travel - for drivers and passengers.

Technical breakdowns that immobilise the van are covered - subject to eligibility criteria - and during the van's initial 3-year warranty period, certain minor mishaps too.
