Simply drop off your Mercedes between 8am and 10am and collect it from 4.30pm until close. We can also arrange onward travel, allowing you to get on with your day as planned.
Our lounge solution includes fixed appointment times, reserved parking and a dedicated service manager. You can also access a wide range of lounge facilities.
To ensure you can meet the demands of business life, we will provide you with a loan car while we give your Mercedes-Benz the service it requires.
If it’s not convenient to bring your Mercedes-Benz to us, we’ll collect it from your home or work place between 8-11am. We’ll then deliver it back post-service before 6pm.
Correspondence will take place through 1Link. All booking requests and queries will be responded to in a timely manner and no work will be undertaken without prior authorisation.
