Please find some tips on how to prepare for an interview:
It’s not always about past automotive experience, although this can be helpful with certain positions, but it's more about you and the value you can add and bring to our business.
We love bringing new skills, knowledge and experiences into our business particularly from retail, hospitality, leisure and other customer-facing sectors. We’ve found people who worked previously in these sectors tend to fit really well into our teams.
Before your interview, think about the positive benefits you can bring into our business and make a list of some of your most memorable achievements that helped you or your team deliver great service or results. We want to hear about how investing in your career can bring mutual benefit to both LSH Auto and you so think about times that brought the best out in you and make sure you share this with us at your interview.
Most importantly, just be you, be smart because first impressions count and think about the lasting impression you want to give after the interview has finished.
How do I apply for an open position?

If you see an opportunity that matches your interests and skills, click the “Link” button and the chosen vacancy is displayed. Should you then wish to make an application please fill in the details requested at the foot of the vacancy, upload your CV details. You are also able to submit a supporting letter of application should you wish to do so.
What if I can’t find what I’m looking for?

How do I check the status of my application?
Our recruitment team will contact potential candidates directly by phone or email. Due to the high volume of requests, we regret that we’re unable to respond to each candidate individually regarding their status of the application. If the position is still posted on our website, we are still working on the recruitment; otherwise, the position has been closed. You are encouraged to visit our site regularly to check for available opportunities.
