Cycle 2 Work purchase scheme

Cycle 2 Work is a great colleague benefit which offers the most cost-effective way to get new cycling equipment. The scheme is run via a salary sacrifice meaning that you don’t pay tax or national insurance – this saves between 32% and 42% on your new bike and accessories. This reduced cost is simply deducted from your pay over 12 months, so there is no need to worry about large one-off costs.

Mercedes-Benz colleague staff car scheme

After a successful probation all colleagues qualify to join the staff car scheme, with the ability to have two cars for friends and family, no deposits, 18 month contract, 1000 miles per month, wide range of Mercedes-Benz vehicles.


Annual Leave

LSH Auto offers 23 annual leave days plus 8 bank holidays and after two years’ service in the following year this will increase to 25 annual leave days. For our part time colleagues holiday entitlement is prorated accordingly.

Employee Assistance Programme

Health Assured are the UK and Ireland's most trusted health and wellbeing network. They offer a comprehensive, award winning employee assistance programme (EAP) which provides a true and confidential 24/7/365 telephone service. This is an LSH Auto funded benefit that offers colleagues and their family members confidential counselling and advice on a wide range of work and personal issues via Health Assured.


Health and Wellbeing portal

As above with the Employee Assistance Programme, Health Assured now offer a mobile app and online portal which further offers support and health advice for LSH Auto colleagues whenever they need it.
