CXC - CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE CENTRE ROLES

Our CXC - Customer Experience Centre is based within our newly opened state-of-the-art Stockport facility. Our professional and dedicated team of customer relationship executives will respond to all incoming calls received into our dealerships.

The CXC makes bookings for services, MOT’s, vehicle recalls and investigations. They also field and send details for sales enquires and set up service care plans. The online team within the CXC deals with all the above which are received via web and online channels.

Our customer relationship executives will also call-back all customers 3 days after purchasing a vehicle to check they are entirely satisfied with the vehicle and the service they have received.

At LSH Auto, we like to be available for our highly valued customers and provide them with a prestige customer interface service and so we are open for them to contact us 7 days per week.

Our CXC colleagues must demonstrate self-motivation, a positive outlook, passion in their work, high energy levels and the potential and desire to develop. They should also possess excellent communication and customer skills and are required to keep pace with new specifications, new models and cutting-edge digital sales techniques such that they can continue to provide the most up to date information and services to our customers.
