LSH Auto hosts recruitment day to grow Customer Experience Centre​​

LSH Auto is hosting a recruitment day this week to support the growth of its Customer Experience Centre at Mercedes-Benz of Stockport.

The business is part of LSH Auto, one of the world’s largest premium automobile dealer groups with more than 320 outlets in mainland Europe, Asia, Australia and the UK.

On Thursday 5th October, those interested in joining the UK team will be invited to meet some of the 23 contact centre agents who currently work in the Customer Experience Centre in Stockport to find out more about the available roles and being part of the LSH Auto team. They will also listen to calls, take part in some group activities, and receive a tour of LSH Auto’s state-of-the-art flagship dealership.

Becky Pitt, Talent Acquisition Specialist at LSH Auto, said: “We’re currently recruiting for five roles in the Customer Experience Centre. Our contact centre agents support our customers across all three of our brands – Mercedes-Benz, smart and BYD, making service, MOT and repair bookings.

“We firmly believe that for us to be the very best we can be it is vital that we have the best people in our team, so we reward our colleagues well and provide them with the development opportunities to progress in their career with us.

“The successful candidates will receive a basic salary of £22,713 and bonus earnings that can increase that to £31,113. They will be working with amazing people and will have a fabulous workplace with a free on-site gym and great company benefits.

In the UK, LSH Auto has six Mercedes-Benz, AMG, EQ, BYD and smart dealerships across the North West and the Midlands.
