Servicing and safeguarding your vehicle.

Our workshops are now re-opened to the public. In the current environment, accountability is even more important, and we have always taken the health of our staff and customers very seriously.

As a result, many of our processes have changed; to comply with government directives and protect our customers. We have created a short video, to illustrate what we are doing to keep you and your vehicle secure on your next visit.

Social Distancing.

We have modified our procedures and organised our dealers in compliance with government guidelines, so that customers and colleagues can still retain the required social distance.

Dealership Cleanliness.

We have also added new cleaning techniques to our current practises to ensure that our facilities stay clean as far as possible. This will also ensure that every contact point on your vehicle are disinfected.

Personal Hygiene.

Our stringent regulations mandate that technicians wash their hands and change their gloves for all vehicles they operate on, alongside the provision of disinfectant gel to our customers.

What should I expect from my visit to LSH Auto?

We will give you a certain appointment time slot to when your vehicle will be serviced. We recommend that you stick to the appointment, so that we can stick track of the number of people on site at any time. That's why we ask you to drive your car yourself where possible.

When entering the showroom use the hand washing facilitates and disinfectant gel at all our reception areas and follow the Customer Flow Sticker on the ground to maintain the two-meter distance between you and other customers.

We'll ensure that all touch points of your car are disinfected using our vehicle protection pack. Our members of our team change gloves for every vehicle they operate and wash their hands for all workloads. Your key will be added to a clear plastic bag and all we will disinfect all common contact areas after working on your vehicle.

To reduce the risk of contamination we now only offer contactless payments which includes all major cards and mobile payments, including Apple & Google Pay.

Sales and Showrooms.

You can search all our stock online, reserve and buy any of our used cars & vans online. We also offer a Click and Collect and home delivery service from Mercedes-Benz of Stockport or Erdington.
