A range of appropriate safety measures have been introduced to maintain the safety of customers and colleagues, and all sites will be managing social distancing, with a limited number of customers in the showrooms at any given time.

LSH Auto is also supporting customers to make care purchases remotely, either online, using its full digital platform, or over the telephone. Customers who wish to make a sales enquiry before 12 April or would prefer to stay at home will be invited to talk to local sales teams over the phone or via video to provide them with the same high standard of customer service that they are used to.
Martyn Webb adds: “We recognise that many of our customers will wish to stay at home. With that in mind, we have launched a full digital platform so that customers can browse online, book a solo test drive from their home, buy online and choose either the click and collect option or home delivery.”
Customers who buy online or via the telephone can still collect their new car or van from LSH Auto’s Mercedes-Benz dealerships or can opt for home delivery (both options with full social distancing and safety measures in place).
LSH Auto’s aftersales, parts departments and bodyshops have remained fully operational throughout the most recent lockdown on an appointment-only basis for servicing, MOT and repairs with social distancing and COVID-19 safety measures in place. Customers are invited to book an appointment online.
