Fix your servicing costs with an LSH Auto Service Care Plan...

LSH Auto service care plans offer fixed cost monthly instalments that allow customers to distribute the expense of vehicle servicing over time. This arrangement is designed to assist in budgeting for vehicle upkeep and maintenance by eliminating the requirement to pay the full amount for individual services, providing a consistent approach to managing servicing costs.

Help when you need it most with included Roadside Assistance

Get your Mercedes-Benz, smart or BYD serviced through us as an approved repairer, and you'll automatically receive free roadside assistance*.

BYD - BYD Assistance is available for a period of 24 months, with an additional 12 months and another 12 months, starting from the date of vehicle delivery.

We offer assistance in the event of an "Eligible Event," which means that the driver is unable to continue driving due to a breakdown, accident, theft attempt, or fire. To utilise this service in the event of a problem phone 00800-1020 3000 (toll free).

Mercedes-Benz - Comprehensive Roadside Assistance comes free-of-charge for 3 years with any new Mercedes-Benz or 1 year with all Approved Used cars.

smart - All smarts registered* on or after 1 November 2014, will benefit from smart road assistance for three years.

After this time, your smart road assistance will be automatically renewed for a year every time your smart goes in for an official smart service for up to 30 years.

• The designated team will take all the details in relation to your accident
• We'll provide you with an equivalent loan vehicle, whilst yours is in repair
• The full claims process will be taken care of on your behalf, with regular updates supplied
• The repairs are completed and you return the loan vehicle to us
