Renewing your car is a simple, hassle-free process. When it comes to ordering, please bring the following documents with you.
Once your application has been made and accepted, you’ll receive a new Personal Identification Number (PIN) as well as the information about your new lease and the relevant Terms and Conditions. Your PIN will make it easy to sign all relevant documentation, so take it with you when you come to pick up your new car.
With the clock ticking, you’ll need to make sure your vehicle has a MOT test before you hand it back. We’ll send you a reminder. Please contact your local LSH Auto dealer as soon as possible to book the test. The cost of the test and any repairs needed due to general wear and tear will be included as part of your lease, so don’t worry.
You don’t have to remove any adaptations to your car. But if you choose to do so, please arrange this with your local installer.
As the delivery date approaches, mark this in your diary and be ready to collect your stylish new runner. Don’t worry if there’s a delay, we’ll arrange for you to stay in your current car until your new one is ready.
When collection day arrives, you’ll probably feel excited. So, to ensure you don’t forget anything, here’s a quick checklist.
