Ordering your car

Renewing your car is a simple, hassle-free process. When it comes to ordering, please bring the following documents with you.

  1. Driving licenses for all relevant drivers and the drivers if available
  2. Certificate of entitlement from either the DWP/PIP or Veterans UK
  3. Proof of address, such as a recent utility bill dated in the last 3 months
  4. Please note that all named drivers must give consent, either in person or by filling out a Driver Consent Form

Once your application has been made and accepted, you’ll receive a new Personal Identification Number (PIN) as well as the information about your new lease and the relevant Terms and Conditions. Your PIN will make it easy to sign all relevant documentation, so take it with you when you come to pick up your new car.
