Following the Government announcement on Saturday 31 October regarding the new lockdown, I would like to outline how we will continue to support our customers and keep the country moving while working within the Government guidelines.
We will be fully open until Thursday 5 November 2020.
From Thursday, the Aftersales Departments will continue to operate at all eight sites, maintaining the highest protective measures which have been in place for a number of months now.
Sales showrooms will temporarily close to the public from Thursday 5 November. However, our teams will continue to work in the dealerships to support customers who wish to make car purchases remotely.
We now offer a full digital platform so our customers can browse or purchase online and our local sales teams will be able to talk over the phone and via video to provide our customers with the same high standard of customer service that they are used to.
If you decide to buy online, customers can still collect a car or van which has been purchased either online or via the telephone from our dealerships or we can arrange home delivery (both options with full social distancing and safety measures).
Our aftersales departments remain fully operational on an appointment only basis for servicing, MOT and repairs with social distancing and Covid-19 safety measures in place. These will be explained to you when you book an appointment to visit any of our sites.

All of our New and Approved Used stock is available to view online and we are still able to support you via our Click & Collect service. We have a dedicated remote Sales Team who can be contacted via phone, email, or video call. You are able to choose whether you would prefer a click & collect it from one of our locations.

For our Motability Scheme customers, we will be able to create and submit applications remotely, via telephone or video call. However, as always, the customer or appointee must be present at the point of application.
Vehicle deliveries can still go ahead on a Click and Collect basis at our retailers, in accordance with COVID-19 guidelines and only if you feel comfortable to do so. Unfortunately we are unable to offer home delivery.
Service, maintenance and repair work can continue as usual.
