We require a Customer Experience Agent – CXC of the highest calibre to join our team at our Mercedes Benz Dealership in Stockport. This is an exciting role working 40 hours a week

Our ideal candidate can:

  • Work as part of a team responsible for answering all inbound telephone calls covering all departments and enquiry types.
  • Ensure fielding of calls to the relevant teams, departments or colleagues is done timely and accurately.
  • Maintaining the professional image and reputation of the company in all contact with customers and internal colleague.
  • Adapt and flex to required tasks when necessary, LiveChat and outbound calls may be required.
  • Maintaining customer satisfaction at the highest level by providing a high quality and pro-active service.
  • Supporting Team Leaders with various tasks when necessary.
  • Represent the business and maintain the Group’s mission and vision, to be the Benchmark in Customer Service.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills, with the confidence to liaise at all levels.
  • Ability to deal with busy inbound calls and livechats.
  • Have excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Good IT skills
